This is the 3rd time I had ordered three bags and unfortunately it seems thr recipe had changed. The granola was much more chewy than previously.
It had always been dryer and crunchy and it is not the same with this chewy version. Kind of bummed.
Thank you for coming back three times — that means a lot, and I'm sorry this batch let you down.
You're right, and you're not imagining it. Our Hello, Sunshine has two fruits mixed in, and we've found they can transfer some moisture into the granola once it's packaged, which softens the crunch over time. We caught this recently and have been testing humidity at every stage of shelf life, making production changes to get that crunch back where it belongs. It's not happening on every bag, which has made it harder to catch.

INSANELY GOOD. My husband, kids, and I devoured the whole bag in three days—no crumbs left behind. We immediately ordered two more. Once you taste it, you'll get it. Made with few, high-quality ingredients, yet somehow tastes like a treat.. this is how granola is supposed to be. If you're on the fence—trust me, just try it.

Peggy Bakes Granola is everything I want in a granola: crunchy but not hard, a touch of sweetness without refined sugar. I love the dried blueberries in this granola specifically. You can absolutely tell it's made fresh. I may or may not have eaten this far too quickly. Highly recommend!
