Peggy Bakes wants everyone to be able to shop for and enjoy our granola, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnifiers, voice control or other assistive technology.
Our goal
We are working to make peggybakes.com meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These are the internationally recognized standards for accessible websites.
What we've done
- In October 2026 we reviewed every page of this site against WCAG 2.2 AA, and we have fixed most of what we found.
- Our product photos, including our Nutrition Facts labels, have written descriptions.
- We fixed problems with using the site by keyboard, text that was hard to read, and how pages are organized for screen readers.
- We work with the companies whose tools run on our site (for subscriptions, rewards, reviews, email signup and our Instagram feed) to fix accessibility problems in their tools.
Where we're still working
The site partly meets WCAG 2.2 AA today. A few parts don't yet work well with a keyboard or screen reader: parts of the Build a Box page, and the Rewards button. These come from other companies, and they are working on fixes.
